Membership Service Agreement

Service Description

Packora membership plans provide monthly credits, image generation quotas, and short video generation quotas according to the plan you select.

Membership Plans and Benefits

Available plans include Lite, Starter, Growth, and Scale. Each plan provides a monthly credit allowance and usage limits as shown on the purchase page.

Automatic Renewal

When you enable automatic renewal, you authorize Packora to automatically deduct the plan fee through the payment method you selected on each billing date, at the price and interval shown on the purchase page.

The deduction amount and billing cycle (monthly) are displayed on the purchase page. Deduction occurs on or after the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your benefits remain available until then.

Billing and Deduction

Membership is a prepaid subscription. Fees are deducted before the corresponding service period begins.

If a deduction fails, Packora may suspend or terminate the subscription according to these terms.

Validity

Credits included in a membership plan are valid for the current billing period and do not carry over.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

Refund requests are reviewed under the purchase terms, plan rules, and applicable law in effect at the time of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Änderungen und Beendigung des Dienstes

Packora may update plan features, pricing, or limits. Material changes will be announced in the product or by notice.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
