1. Overview

Packora is an AI content studio for e-commerce sellers and content teams. You can generate product images, detail-page visuals, and short videos from product information and assets, then review and download the files. Packora does not connect to your store and does not publish for you.

Packora is operated by MAGE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., 10 Anson Road, #27-18, International Plaza, Singapore (079903). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect account information, uploaded assets, and generated results. Using the website or Studio means you understand this policy. It applies together with the Terms of Service. Where personal information is concerned, this policy controls.

2. Information we collect

Account information. You can sign in with an email code or a Google account. We store the email address, Google account identifier, and account status needed to sign you in and keep the workspace available.

Content you submit. This includes product facts, product images, brand assets, fonts, model or reference images, prompts, and versions you save in the workspace.

Usage records. This includes generation tasks, task status, credit and membership usage, and download records. When you buy a membership, payment is processed by the payment provider. We keep the order, plan, charge status, and billing records, and we do not store full payment card numbers.

Device and site data. To operate the service and understand how the website is used, we record device type, browser, language, page views, and button clicks. The website stores a language preference and an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser.

3. Uploaded products and assets

We use the product information and assets you upload only to generate, edit, store, and download what you ask for. That content stays in your workspace by default.

Packora does not use your uploaded assets or generated results to train general models by default. Content may be sent to providers that perform generation so we can complete the task you started.

You must have the rights and consent needed for the products, brands, fonts, models, talent, and reference materials you upload. You can delete assets and results in the workspace. After deletion, we remove them from production systems, except for records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. To operate the service, we share only what is needed with providers of cloud infrastructure, storage, sign-in (including Google), SMS or email verification codes, payments, analytics, and AI generation. Those providers may process the data only on our instructions.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when disclosure is necessary to protect users, Packora, or the public.

Packora operates in Singapore and may process data in the regions where the service is provided. When data is transferred across borders, we use contractual and technical safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Account and workspace content is kept while you use the service. Membership credits apply to the current billing period and do not carry over. Billing records are kept as needed for finance and compliance. Website analytics are deleted or aggregated when they are no longer needed.

We protect accounts, uploaded files, generated results, and task records with access controls, transmission safeguards, and workspace isolation. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can correct account information, delete assets and results in the workspace, or stop using the service. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information tied to your account. We may verify your identity first, and we will honor requests except where the law requires us to keep a record.
