Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Welcome to Packora. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using Studio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Packora for a team, you confirm that you can bind that team.

Packora is operated by MAGE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., 10 Anson Road, #27-18, International Plaza, Singapore (079903). Membership purchases, automatic renewal, allowances, and refunds follow the rules shown on the purchase page.

Refunds are not available more than 10 days after successful payment.

2. The service and your account

Packora generates product images, detail-page visuals, and short videos from the product facts and assets you provide, and it lets you edit and download those files. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these features for your own business while your account is active.

Generation uses credits or plan allowances. Available allowances, prices, and limits are those shown on the purchase page and in the workspace. Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or spam activity. Do not attack or disrupt the system, evade allowances, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

3. Your content and rights

You keep your rights in the assets you upload. To generate, store, edit, and let you download, you grant Packora and its providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the service. The license ends when you delete the content or close the account, except for billing, security, and compliance records we must keep.

If you follow these terms and have the rights to your inputs, you may use the generated results. Packora does not take ownership of your products, brands, or assets.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what you publish, including product facts, advertising claims, and the rights in likenesses, trademarks, fonts, and reference materials.

4. Platform boundaries

Packora can format images and videos for common commerce channels. It does not connect to your store and does not publish for you. After you download a file, you review it and publish it on the destination platform yourself.

Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unfit to list as-is. Before publishing, check product facts, advertising claims, platform rules, and content rights.

We may refuse a generation, remove content that is clearly unlawful, infringing, or abusive, or restrict the account involved. Packora does not manually review all user content in advance.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a generated result will pass a platform review or produce sales.

To the extent the law allows, Packora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid Packora for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid. This limit does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

6. Termination, disputes, and contact

You may stop using Packora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account breaks these terms, abuses the service, or if the law requires us to act. Fees already incurred remain due. Records needed for legal, security, or billing purposes may be kept.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith. If that does not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to the courts of Singapore that have jurisdiction.
