Using Packora Studio

Packora Studio provides AI-assisted tools for product imagery, short video generation, A+ content, reference-based creative workflows, and asset management.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

02

Your Content and Rights

You retain the rights you hold in product photos, prompts, brand materials, model assets, reference materials, and other content you upload.

You grant Packora the permission needed to host, process, transform, display, and export your content solely to provide and operate the service.

Generated outputs may be used for your commerce workflows, subject to these terms, your plan limits, applicable law, and any third-party rights in your inputs.

03

Acceptable Use

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, including protected likenesses, brand assets, creator materials, marketplace content, or reference videos.

Do not use Packora to create deceptive, infringing, unlawful, harmful, or marketplace-prohibited content.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with Packora systems.

04

AI Output Review

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific marketplace. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, exporting, or using them commercially.

Marketplace compliance, advertising claims, product accuracy, model consent, and intellectual property clearance remain your responsibility.

05

Plans, Billing, and Availability

Plan limits, quotas, generation capacity, export formats, and feature availability may vary by subscription tier.

Packora may update pricing, features, workflow providers, or service limits. Material changes will be reflected in the product or related notices.

Some generations may fail due to input quality, provider availability, safety review, or technical issues.

06

Service Changes and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, abuses system resources, or is required to comply with law.

You may stop using Packora at any time. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.

07

Disclaimers and Liability

Packora is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact creative results, marketplace approval, or revenue performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

08

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Packora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
